Ingrédients
  

  • 1 medium cabbage sliced
  • 6 medium onions sliced
  • 6 pieces tomatoes peeled and diced
  • 3 pieces carrots sliced
  • 2 pieces green peppers sliced
  • 1 stalk celery sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic finely sliced
  • 1 cube vegetable broth without additives
  • 1 liter water
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • thyme to taste
  • bay leaves to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all vegetables. Slice cabbage, carrots, and peppers, dice tomatoes, and finely slice the onions and garlic.
  • In a large pot, sauté the garlic and onions for 3 minutes to release the aroma.
  • Add all vegetables to the pot, then pour in the water and crumble the vegetable broth cube.
  • Add thyme and bay leaves, then simmer for 45 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  • Optionally, blend the soup for a smoother texture or leave it chunky.

Notes

Feel free to swap any vegetables in the recipe based on what you have available. The soup will still be delicious!
