  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated Adds a touch of freshness and spice.

Instructions
 

  • Combine the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the beef into thin strips and add it to the marinade. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. If you have more time, marinate for up to 2 hours for a deeper flavor.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated beef for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure even cooking and browning. Avoid overcooking for a tender result.
  • Once cooked, add sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious homemade beef teriyaki!
