Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spatula. Cook until it’s fully browned and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
Add the diced tomatoes, soy sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and the sauce to thicken.
If desired, garnish with fresh chopped coriander before serving for a refreshing touch.
